• Adopt the right behavior (control your speed, listen to professionals, pay attention to other skiers);
• Have suitable and adjusted equipment (skis and bindings, helmet, mask, gloves);
• Check your insurance (find out about your contracts in advance);
• Prepare yourself physically (warm up before hitting the slopes);
• Refer to the markings (signs and colored markers).
