- Classic and skating cross-country skiing
The 4 marked trails are ideal for beginners and experienced cross-country skiers alike!
They are groomed for skating and alternating:
the 2-kilometer green run
the 4-kilometer blue
the 6-kilometer red
the 10-kilometer black (one loop of the black trail is ungroomed for Nordic hiking)
Good to know: the Nordic site can be reached from the Plan du Col via a 500 m link.
- Snowshoe hiking
Discover 7 marked snowshoe trails: from 800 m (the easiest) to 5.4 km (the longest).
Compulsory stickers are on sale at the Foyer de ski de fond and at the gîte Le Chantelouve, where you can also rent cross-country equipment, sledges and snowshoes.

From Grenoble you can take a bus from the main depot to Bourg d'Oisans. Then a taxi can take you to Col d'Ornon (check the website www.col-dornon.com).
